**Stepan de Saint-Mark** ya da doğum adıyla **Stephen de Saint-Marc** (d. 1700'ler, Saint-Marc – ö. 10 Temmuz 1771, [Kefe](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Kefe)), [Fransız](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Frans%C4%B1zlar) soylu ve [askerî mühendis](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/%C4%B0stihk%C3%A2m_s%C4%B1n%C4%B1f%C4%B1) ile [Rus](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Rus_%C4%B0mparatorlu%C4%9Fu) [tümgeneral](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/T%C3%BCmgeneral)dir. 1760'larda [İmparatorluk ordusu](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Rus_%C4%B0mparatorluk_Ordusu)na katıldı. [1768-1774 Osmanlı-Rus Savaşı](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/1768-1774_Osmanl%C4%B1-Rus_Sava%C5%9F%C4%B1) kapsamındaki [Bender Kuşatması](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Bender_Ku%C5%9Fatmas%C4%B1_%281770%29)'nın mühendislik sorumluluğunu üstlendi ve çarpışmalara iştirak etti.[^1] Saint-Marc, [Kefe Kuşatması](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Kefe_Ku%C5%9Fatmas%C4%B1_%281771%29) sırasında [Osmanlı](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Osmanl%C4%B1_%C4%B0mparatorlu%C4%9Fu) askerleri tarafından öldürüldü.[^2]
