**Mamas**, [Attila](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Attila) tarafından kazığa oturtulan bir [Hun](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Hunlar) asilzadesi idi.

Mamas, [Romalılara](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Bizans_%C4%B0mparatorlu%C4%9Fu) sığınan genç bir Hun prensiydi.[^1] Hunlar ve Romalılar, Romaya kaçan tüm kişilerin Hunlara iade edilmesini öngören bir anlaşma imzaladıktan sonra kendisi ve bir başka Hun prensi olan [Atakam](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Atakam), Trakya'nın Carsum kentinde Hunlara teslim edildi ve orada kazığa oturtuldu.[^2][^3]
