***Lagman*** (лағман, *lağman*; *lagʻmon*; , *leġmen*, ләғмән; лагман, *lagman*), [çekilmiş erişte](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Lamian), et ve sebzeden oluşan bir [Orta Asya](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Orta_Asya) yemeğidir.[^1][^2][^3][^4] [Çin](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/%C3%87in)'de ***lātiáozi***[^5] veya ***bànmiàn*** olarak bilinir.

ÖzTürkçede L ile başlayan kelimelerin olmaması nedeniyle "lagman" kelimesinin en büyük ihtimalle Çince [*lamian*](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Lamian)den türemek üzere yabancı kökenli bir [alıntı kelime](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Al%C4%B1nt%C4%B1_kelime) olduğu düşünülmektedir.[^6] Buna rağmen, lagmanın tadı ve hazırlama şekli Uygurlara özgüdür.[^7][^8][^9][^10]

Lagman, yerel [Uygur](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Uygurlar) ve [Dungan](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Dunganlar)[^11] azınlıklarının bir [ulusal yemeği](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Ulusal_yemek) olarak kabul edildiği [Kazakistan](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Kazakistan) ve [Kırgızistan](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/K%C4%B1rg%C4%B1zistan)'da pek popülerdir.[^12] [Özbekistan](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/%C3%96zbekistan)'da da tüketilir,[^13][^14] ve [Kırım Tatarları](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/K%C4%B1r%C4%B1m_Tatarlar%C4%B1), [kendi mutfaklarında](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/K%C4%B1r%C4%B1m_Tatar_mutfa%C4%9F%C4%B1)ki lagmanı Özbek kültüründen uyarlamışlardır.[^15]
