Meydan, [Saparmurat Türkmenbaşı](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Saparmurat_T%C3%BCrkmenba%C5%9F%C4%B1_Bulvar%C4%B1) ve Kalkınış bulvarları arasında yer almaktadır.[^1]

Meydanın çevresinde Kongreler Sarayı, [Oğuzhan Köşk](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/O%C4%9Fuzhan_K%C3%B6%C5%9Fk), Nusay Otel[^2] ile [Anayasa Anıtı](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Anayasa_An%C4%B1t%C4%B1) bulunmaktadır.
