**Eslas**, [Hun](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Hunlar) arabulucu, denetçi, diplomat ve hatip idi. Attila tarafından diplomatik bir görevle [Konstantinopolis](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Konstantinopolis)'e gönderildi.

Eslas, Hunların en deneyimli [büyükelçi](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/B%C3%BCy%C3%BCkel%C3%A7i)lerinden biriydi.[^1] Attila tarafından [Konstantinopolis](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Konstantinopolis)'e gönderilmeden on beş yıl önce Hun kralı [Rua](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Rua) adına [Theodosius](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/II._Theodosius) ile bir müzakere yapmıştı.[^2]

Attila tarafından birlikte Vigilas'a yardımcı olarak Konstantinopolis'e gönderildi. Burada Vigilas kalan mültecilerin teslim edilmesini isteyecekti.[^3][^4]
