**Emnetzur** bir [Hun](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Hunlar) asilzadesiydi ve [Attila](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Attila)'nın akrabasıydı.

Attila öldükten ve imparatorluğunun yıkılmasından sonra[^1] Ultzindur ile birlikte [Tuna](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Tuna) bölgesinde ikamet ettiği söylenmektedir.[^2] Tuna Nehri'nin sağ kıyısında yer alan Oescus, [Utum](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Utum) ve [Almus](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Almus) bölgelerini ellerinde tuttular.[^3][^4]
