**El Etmiş Kutluk Bilge**[^1] ([Çince](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/%C3%87ince): 伊里底蜜施骨咄禄毗伽; [pinyin](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Pinyin): Yīlǐ dǐmìshī gǔduōlù píjiā) [Türgeş](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/T%C3%BCrke%C5%9F_Devleti)'in bir [kağan](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Ka%C4%9Fan)ıydı.[^2]

## Erken yaşam

Kara Türgeş kabilesinde Tumodu (都摩度) olarak doğdu. [Suluk](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Suluk_%C3%87or)'un ordusunda yüksek rütbeli bir generaldi, ancak adı unvan da olabilir.[^3] [Baga Tarkhan](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/K%C3%B6l_%C3%87or)'ın darbesinden sonra Suyab'da Suluk'un oğlu [Kut Çor](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Kut_%C3%87or)'u destekledi.

## Hükümdarlık

Kül Çor'un düşüşünden sonra 26 Temmuz 744'te [Xuanzong](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Xuanzong_%28Tang%29)[^4] tarafından kağan olarak kabul edildi.[^5] Ne zaman öldüğü bilinmiyor. Onu Yibo takip etti.
