Davud (Hazar)
Davud, MS onuncu yüzyılın sonlarında Taman bölgesindeki Hazar devletini yönettiği iddia edilen bir Hazar hükümdarıdır. Adının geçtiği tek doküman AM 4746 (MS 985/986) tarihli bir belgedir ve hakkında “Taman bölgesinde yaşayan hükümdarımız Hazar prensi Davud” şeklinde bahsedilmektedir.[1]Toch, Michael. The Economic History of European Jews: Late Antiquity and Early Middle Ages. Brill, 2013, s. 162. Söz konusu belgenin, zaman zaman sahte belgeler ve yazılar düzenleyen Abraham Firkovich'in elinden geçtiği için gerçekliği belirsizdir.[2]Shapira, Dan D. Y..
