**İnayet Giray** (ö. 1637) 1635-1637 yılları arasında hüküm süren [Kırım Hanı](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/K%C4%B1r%C4%B1m_hanlar%C4%B1_listesi).

İnayet Giray, [II. Gazi Giray](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/II._Gazi_Giray)'ın oğludur. Nisan 1635'te [Osmanlı Hükümeti](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Osmanl%C4%B1_h%C3%BCk%C3%BBmeti) İnayet Giray'ı [Kırım Hanı](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/K%C4%B1r%C4%B1m_hanlar%C4%B1_listesi) olmaya çağırdı. Han olan İnayet ileride [Osmanlı](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/Osmanl%C4%B1_%C4%B0mparatorlu%C4%9Fu)'yı hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. İnayet Giray Han 1637'de [İstanbul](https://turkipedia.org/tr/wiki/%C4%B0stanbul)'da idam edilerek ölmüştür.
